HR MANAGER AT PITHAMPUR BASEF FIBC PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING CO.

Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) / Food Safety Management Systems 

(ISO 22000:2005 , BRC & AIB) / Environment Management Systems( ISO 14001:2015 ) 

Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), CTPAT 

(Customs trade partnership against terrorism) 

 

•  Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
•  Certified Lead Auditor for ISO ISO 45001:2018 
•  Certified Internal Auditor for All above management systems 
•  Dy. Management representative for all first party, second party & third party 

audits and its compliances. 

•  Member of HACCP team ,VACCP /Food Fraud team, Product safety team & 

health & safety committee . 

•  Execute all amendments, changes, addition & absolution in controlled & 

uncontrolled documents and records. 

•  Execution & documentation of self inspection process. 
•  Review & cross verification of day to day hygiene practices in the manufacturing facility. 
• Respond on customer queries and questionnaire. 
•  Responsible for all pest control activity and its preventive & corrective action. 

Qualifications: MBA/PG in HRM

Salary 40000-60000/- per month

Working hours 10 hours.
